Progress is the result of conscious thought, decision and action.

Vision Board

Vision Statement

It’s May 24th, 2025. I am on the beautiful island of Mallorca, attending the wedding of one of my best friends. I have lost 10 Kg of body fat. I feel sexy and super confident. I look stunning in a sophisticated, effortlessly chic dress.
I am the type of woman who: (here I am internalizing the character change necessary; I am internalizing the personification of that physique change)

  • embraces an active lifestyle

  • takes care of her body and wellbeing

  • treats herself with the highest levels of respect

  • faces challenges/setbacks head-on with a problem-solving mindset.

I am 100% comfortable in my own skin, and I glow with a sense of contentment and excitement about life and its amazing experiences.

Side Note: Regarding goals, there are two sides to how we think about

  1. conscious side: goal

  2. subconscious side: identity shift

    • because currently, I don’t have the identity to achieve my goal; otherwise, I would have achieved it. While writing down my vision statement, I am communicating to the unconscious part of my brain.

Yearly Goals

Purpose (why?)

  • I want to feel absolutely beautiful, sexy, elegant, confident and be able to completely live my passion for fashion and stop picking clothes based on what hides my belly or my arms in summer

  • I want to love what I see in the mirror every day and cherish this body (the non interchangeable thing through which I experience what life has to offer)

  • I want to have vibrant energy and health to live life to the fullest by traveling, experiencing exciting things, and be fully there because I feel 100% comfortable in my own skin and not always worry about how I look

  • I want to extend my healthspan and not be like everyone in my family and 90% Of the society

the last of human freedoms: to choose one’s attitude in any given set of circumstances, to choose one’s own way.
